The Children Society estimates that across England, a third of families living in poverty are not eligible to receive free school meals.\r\n\r\nThis is what some children say who get free school meals,\r\n'people say things because we get them,'\r\n'it makes me feel sad, lonely and depressed,'\r\n'it makes you feel different, and like you are poor.'\r\n\r\nI think this highlights the fact that some children have more than others; which can effect all areas of their life. If all primary school children had the right to a free school meal, it would create equality among them.","committee_note":null,"state":"closed","signature_count":12,"created_at":"2013-12-07T12:27:29.000Z","updated_at":"2017-06-21T15:14:21.390Z","rejected_at":null,"opened_at":"2013-12-10T09:03:04.000Z","closed_at":"2014-12-10T09:03:04.000Z","moderation_threshold_reached_at":"2013-12-07T12:27:29.000Z","response_threshold_reached_at":null,"government_response_at":null,"debate_threshold_reached_at":null,"debate_scheduled_on":null,"scheduled_debate_date":null,"debate_outcome_at":null,"rejection":null,"government_response":null,"debate":null,"departments":[],"topics":[]}},{"type":"archived-petition","id":56834,"links":{"self":"https://petition.parliament.uk/archived/petitions/56834.json"},"parliament":{"period":"2010-2015","government":"Conservative – Liberal Democrat coalition","dissolution_at":"2015-03-30T23:59:59.000+01:00","response_threshold":10000,"debate_threshold":100000},"attributes":{"action":"We want a full judicial inquiry into the members of Sinn Fein and their involvement with the I.R,A","background":null,"additional_details":"We have had an inquiry into Bloody Sunday and there calls for inquiries into any involvement of the British Government in the troubles. Now is the time for an inquiry into members of Sinn Fein and their involvement and knowledge of the operations of the I.R.A.","committee_note":null,"state":"closed","signature_count":12,"created_at":"2013-11-08T22:49:54.000Z","updated_at":"2017-06-21T15:14:10.288Z","rejected_at":null,"opened_at":"2014-01-22T09:36:43.000Z","closed_at":"2015-01-22T09:36:43.000Z","moderation_threshold_reached_at":"2013-11-08T22:49:54.000Z","response_threshold_reached_at":null,"government_response_at":null,"debate_threshold_reached_at":null,"debate_scheduled_on":null,"scheduled_debate_date":null,"debate_outcome_at":null,"rejection":null,"government_response":null,"debate":null,"departments":[],"topics":[]}},{"type":"archived-petition","id":62172,"links":{"self":"https://petition.parliament.uk/archived/petitions/62172.json"},"parliament":{"period":"2010-2015","government":"Conservative – Liberal Democrat coalition","dissolution_at":"2015-03-30T23:59:59.000+01:00","response_threshold":10000,"debate_threshold":100000},"attributes":{"action":"RETURN FREE SPEECH TO THE BRITISH PUBLIC","background":null,"additional_details":"Freedom of speech no longer exsists in england, you can now be arrested for simply expressing ideas in public or causing imagined insult, reform section 5 and return free speech to the british people.
