Petition make parents responsible for their childrens criminal activity
More details
in the recent riots and looting children who are deemed too young to sentenced were taking part. As parents are responsible for these children make them responsible for their childs criminal activities. Bring the parents to court and sentence them. At the very least the parents are neglecting their children by allowing them to be on the streets at the time of night these activities are in progress.
