Rejected petition Resurface harepie lane and sort drainage issue

Harepie lane has been in a very poor condition for many years now. Blocked drains cause water to find alternate routes causing deep channels. The road is severely damaging cars of local residents, For the half mile stretch harepie lane is full of potholes worn out road surfaces.

Complaints have been made on a regular basis to the highways agency. The only response I have had is that there is no budget to repair the road however 500 yards up the road repairs are continually made to repair the most minor defects.
