Rejected petition Stop 2nd referendum on Europe if consideration of Remain Petition allowed

We have had the Referendum on Leaving Europe and everyone had their once in a lifetime opportunity and the Leave campaign won which nobody in the know thought possible
A one off referendum should be exactly that and a second one is unconstitutional and undemocratic
