Rejected petition London to be a self-governing city state in the EU independent of the UK.

After the EU referendum Greater London will exit the EU along with the whole of the UK. This petition proposes a referendum for the voters in Greater London to vote on independence from the UK and transform Greater London into a separate self-governing city state within the EU.
