The insane idea of everyone being fully flexible for any job is unrealistic. I'm a parent and have my son every weekend. I keep getting zero hour contracts because of this despite I can work as many hours as needed Monday to Thursday","additional_details":"Given my personal circumstances I imagine that many others are in the same position. A zero hour contract is not a solid job and a company can let you go with out any questions.
