Rejected petition Vote NO to a 2nd EU Referendum!

There were NO RULES in place at the time of the 1st Vote to trigger a 2nd Vote, as it was based on a MAJORITY VOTE, which means the LEAVE Voters had the highest Majority vote! Therefore the Leave vote cannot be contested this time, but could in any future campaigns if a the law is changed.
