Rejected petition Support the judges who sat on Article 50 case and the primacy of the rule of law
A number of cabinet ministers and MPs have openly criticized the the High Court's decision that Parliamentary approval is required before Article 50 can be triggered. Their statements call into question their respect for the rule of law. MPs need to make clear that the rule of law is paramount.
