To restrict access to premisies and retail outlets that sell tobacco and alcohol to those who are under 16 years of age.

These premisies to include, shopping malls, supermarkets, petrol stations and newsagents.

It is evident that sales of these products are clearly available to underage adolescents. This is fueling a disrespect for society and the rule of law amongst the young.

It is these products which are gateway to harder drugs for many young people which continue to life of dependancy and deliquency.

Greater control of these products would lead to a more civilised society with greater benefits in respect of health and productivity.
