need to have a law and simple procedure
to recover imprisonment costs from inmates thro hmrc.
costs of additional staff needed for the purpose in prison establishment shd also be included in working out the prison costs. also addl employments/jobs are created.
can give sub-suggestions in this regard on getting
govt response to the main suggestion, such as inmates' capability etc.
