Rejected petition Hold student finance accountable for unreasonable stress and inadequacy.

Year after year student finance fail to meet the basic expectations of providing a renewable financial system for student loans. Without any alternative I have lost count of the number of students who are put under severe emotional stress as a result. It is time they were held to account.
