Petition Protect civilian war graves from the World wars

Having recently discovered that some civlian war graves are being overfilled for re-use, I believe these should be rewarded due respect as are Military graves.

Graves have already been overfilled at New Southgate and City of London cemetery (see https://www.theguardian.com/environment/2016/may/06/re-using-graves-means-uk-cemetery-will-never-run-out-of-space), are currently been threatened at Camberwell Cemetery and shortly so at Manor park cemetery
