This is because unlike disabled spots in many places there is no penalty.","additional_details":"In my local council run multi storey in 10 minutes we observed 9 cars with no children arriving. And when challenged often the response is \"so\" or \"nothing to stop me\" or \"ill park where i want\"\r\nThis needs to stop.
