Closed Educate people on buying bikes, bike safety and bike security.

So many people go off to buy cheap bikes and they have faults very quickly.So they throw it away or repair and replace parts often, this can a have a negative impact on the environment and people will ride bikes less, increasing the negative impact on the environment.We should ride bikes a lot more.
