Petition Make it compulsary to put food miles on packaging

When I was shopping I saw that English potatoes cost 10p more than egyptian ones. It then occurred to me the distance they had travelled (probably by air) and thought for 10p I can reduce the pollution created by importing goods. If food miles on packaging we can all make informed decisions.
