Petition Make Cervical Screening Tests Compulsory

Ladies, we all know how important Smear Tests are yet so many of us either never go for one in our lives or we do not go as often as we should.

Currently we are only invited to go and have this test, thus many of us who do not bother, for whatever reason are potentially putting our lives on the line.

Whilst I do not agree with a "Nanny-state" I do feel that a test as important as this should be compulsory.
