Crohns Disease and Ulcerative Colitis are the 2 main forms of Inflammatory Bowel Disease,affecting more than 300,000 people in the UK.Yet it is largely a hidden disease,and one that causes stigma,fear and isolation its thought that many people with the condition go undiagnosed and suffer in silence.

For the past 3 years i have been living with UC. To keep this under control i have to take daily meditation and with the price of the prescriptions forever rising its not becoming cheap to keep well. This should change! People who have to live with a illness should not have to pay a ridiculous amount each month for medication.
