Petition income levy on joint family income above £100,000

Forget the Mansion tax. To be fair Tax should only be paid on peoples income. To avoid people finding loopholes an increasing income levy starting at 1% should be collected as a Tax on families receiving an income above £100,000. In this partciular instance they would be required to pay an additional £1000 Tax per annum.
The higher the income, the levy could be increased to 2% for earnings above £200,000.
