I request the issue of Private hire licencing be debated in parliament. and that Licencing fee & conditions to be set to a standard rate, across the country. We are unable to drop off/ pick up outside hotels, stop on Red Routes or use Bus Lanes. This effectively prevents us from competing and doing our jobs. We are doing much the same job & paying similar licence fees, but with less legal rights rights.
