Petition child benefit should be fairly removed

Dear Mr Osborne
we the undersigned believe that child benefit should be means tested and not available to households with a combined income of over £60,000. Removing the child benefit from households where any individual earns more than £60,000 is unfair, as a household with a combined income of £99,999 would still be able to claim this benefit. Surely you can see that this is completely unjust?
