At a time when people are struggling to make ends meet, councils have powers to enforce council tax payments.

We should look at these powers, and determine if they are balanced with the current economic situation.

The powers are being absed on a wide scale, which only compounds peoples problems.

Councils are far from sympathetic, and beleive its their right to charge people council tax
