Petition Child benefit

Pay child benefit for first 2 children only.

Keep the benefit as it is for the next 5 years, give a 2 year lead in with many adverts warning the population of their new rights so unwanted pregnancy's can be avoided.
The country is stretched beyond belief i.e. NHS, benefits, schools, pensions and many more due to too many demands by too many people. Limiting the payment to the first 2 children puts people off having children they can't afford to keep, this takes the strain off numerous services, gives better services to the present population and future generations.
Surely this makes sense unlike the present new child benefit.
