Petition Prosecution Of Animal Abusers

At present the RSPCA do what they can to bring prosecutions to those who abuse, even kill animals.
However the RSPCA rely on public donations.
We the undersigned request that our government get's serious about detecting and preventing such abuse to animals, by granting government funding yearly to the RSPCA to enhance their work. Also that the Ministry Of Justice introduces tougher sentences for the Courts to be able to administer to those before them for animal abuse.
