In 2000 world leaders and 180 countries made a promise (part of the Millennium Development Goals) that by 2015 EVERY child in the world would at least have a primary school education, and with 2 years left there are 1.7 million teachers still needed with 600,000 children still out of school. We will send this petition to the MP to bring up at the next UN meeting for this to be sorted out.
