This must stop.","additional_details":"Anyone who harms ( including spitting at, scratching etc) an emergency worker, should be jailed until said worker is back at work on normal duties plus an additional 2 years to start from that date. Sentences to be served in full. Killing or maiming an emergency service worker should carry a whole life tariff, even if such acts weren't intentional.
