Loud noises this makes it safer and dosent
Cause Animals distress

People enjoy fireworks but too many are thoughtless when making fireworks where Animals are concerned
Why can there not be safety for Animals
And enjoyment for people
Noiseless fireworks but pretty lights
Is a safety solution
