Why does Scotland receive more English taxpayer funds than the English - this must be changed. Stop the Barnett Formula.
Why do the English receive £8,559 and the Scottish get £10,083.
Why are the English paying for Dental Checks, Eye Tests, Prescriptions or University charges and the Scottish get them FREE, because of English Taxes.
