One year ago Rochdale had a new Building built called Riverside , This doesnt provide parking for its 500plus staff , so they park were ever they can, I have a cafe on a side street and i survive on passing trade but Riverside staff take up all the free spaces and they will not use any of the carparks around there
no way a fire engine would get up these streets how they park
i am doing this for help before i go bankrupt, i would like 2hr parking signs going up , wagons and lorrys have problems getting up these roads due to the parking
