Petition Withdraw the 'electronic prescription' service.

The new electronic prescription system that has been put in place to replace the old paper prescriptions has to many flaws to be trusted fully.

I wish to see it withdrawn before it causes the death of a patient.
The flaws as I see them are -

1, Only able to fufill prescription at designated pharmacy.
2, Unable to take script elsewhere if pharmacy has not got all the item/s on it.
3, No back-up if the system is hit by a powercut or loss of connection.
