Petition Change of Wife's surname at divorce

At this current time there is an outdated law that allows a woman to keep her married surname after after divorce. As the law states, it is preferable for a clear break to be made in every divorce, then unless the surname is changed a clear break is not achieved.
The law should be changed to remove the married surname to that of the maiden name, on divorce.
