WE THE UNDERSIGNED WANT NEW LAWS BY WHICH THE `YOBS` WHO CAUSE DAMAGE TO OTHERS PROPERTY PAY BACK SOME IF NOT ALL WHICH THEY HAVE CAUSED, HURT THEM IN THE POCKET WHERE IT HURTS MORE, THIS WOULD HELP THE THE ONES WHO HAVE LOST THERE PROPERTY, THE ONES STILL UNDER THERE PARENTS CONTROL SHOULD BE DEALT THE SAME FOR FAILING TO CONTROL THEM, THESE `YOBS` HAVE NO CONCERN FOR FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN WHO MAY BE IN THE AREA NOR THE TOURIST WHO ARE GIVEN THE WRONG VIEWS ON WANT THEY MAY SEE, SHAME ON THESE `YOBS` AND BRING SOME JUSTICE TO THE VICTIMS AGAIN.
