Petition Reducing Freight traffic during peak hours to create more road capacity

The government should introduce regulation to keep all vehicle above a certain weight limit off the road network. This would ease traffic congestion is addition to getting more capacity out of the CURRENT road network, thereby saving money on new road projects.
Regulation could also be changed to allow freight to use all three lanes of the motorway after 10pm.
