London Borough of Barking and Dagenham is issuing FIXED PANALTY NOTICES OF £300 WITHOUT A REASON.TO LOCAL BUSINESSES they refuse to look at the appeal procedures and make this as source of income rather than solving the waste disposal issue.
SO PLEASE UNITE AGAINST THIS BULLYING BAHAVIOUR OF LOCAL AUTHORITY AND SIGN THIS PETITON.
