all road users know that come the school holidays the road system in the UK become much less congested particularly during rush hours.

my petition suggestion is for legislation to change school opening times to avoid the busiest times for commutors.

traffic volumes will never decrease but by spreading the numbers across different time periods during the day we can improve things greatly
