Rejected petition Keep the Vulcan XH558 flying next flying season

The Vulcan isn't going to be allowed to fly next year, however everyone wants it to,it served in the Falklands war and the howl of it is amazing, if you ever saw one, you would love it
The first time i saw a Vulcan was when I was 8, it was such an amazing sight powering down the runway.
