My mum was the most kindest,gentle and caring lady you could ever wish to meet. She suffered dementia in later life and we were forced to put her in a care home. She was verbally abuse by care staff who shouted in my mums face. My mum was crying that morning when I arrived due to this. My mum sadly passed away 3 years ago and I want to do this in her memory and to put a stop to verbal and physical abuse in all thee's homes forever!!!
