Britain has just voted to leave European Union. The process will not start until notice under article 50 is given to EU. Britain should take its own time before giving such notice and in the meanwhile try to obtain reforms such as on immigration and benefits before starting the leave process.

EU wants Britain to leave quickly and want to make this process as a difficult divorce. Britain does not need to rush and should take time before even tendering the notice to leave and making efforts to bring reforms. This is in EU interest as well.
