PEOPLE HAVE BEEN TRAINING FOR THIS GREAT OCCASION FOR YEARS. DUE TO PROBLEMS WITH FUNDING,POOR TICKET SALES ETC. THE ORGANISERS ARE REDUCING FUNDING FOR TRAVELLING TO THE GAMES. SOME COUNTRIES ARE NOW SAYING THEY CANNOT AFFORD FOR THEIR TEAMS TO GO TO RIO.
