Rejected petition Remove animal products from the new £5 banknotes

It has become apparent that the new £5 banknotes contain tallow, an animal product. This is something that many vegetarians and vegans will find offensive as it makes the product very difficult to avoid.

No animal products should be used when creating our banknotes.
