Rejected petition Provide an "extra small parcel" size service by Royal Mail.

A small item, but just big enough to not fit through a letter box is costing £2.90 for 2nd Class and £3.40 for 1st Class

A better price should be offered with pricing for items that comply with at least 2 or 3 sizing's for a Large Letter

(Weight/Length/Width/Thickness) (W/L/Wi/T)

More details

Currently, to send a "Small Parcel" the specifics are:

Max W:2kg
Max L:45cm
Max Wi:35cm
Max T:16cm

The "Large Letter" specifics are:
Max W:750g
Max L:35.3cm
Max Wi:25cm
Max T:2.5cm

Price: "Large Letter"
-100g:0.98p
501g-750g:£2.52

As an example, I am sending multiple items, each with specifics of:

W:20g
L:7cm
Wi:5cm
T:4.5cm

It is too "Thick" to fit through a letterbox and classed as a "Small Parcel" at £2.90, 2nd Class

100 of the same item in the same parcel would cost £2.90
