Rejected petition Let the police chase people on motorbikes even if they're not wearing a helmet

Everyday there is more and more crime on motorbikes/mopeds etc. The people riding them know that the police cannot chase them if they're not wearing a helmet, so they are laughing and getting away with it. Enough is enough. If they're big enough to do the crime, they're big enough to take the risk!
