Petition Publish clearer guidance about speed limits for Vans as they are currently wrong

The Road Traffic Act 1988 section 185 , 1 (b) defines the majority of van's currently on the road as a "motor car".

So schedule 6 speed limits do not apply to the majority of Vans.
