Petition lower to a 5% VAT rather than 20% vet bills and costs to every pet owner

realising i pay more on VAT pet bills than my yearly gas and electric Bill, it's stupid yes pets are an option so I understand the cost but to most elderly a dog/pet is what they get up for every morning it's not fair for them to be paying this amount or anyone for that matter
