Rejected petition councils to give reduction in council tax if bins arnt emptied
Bin's in the area of Doncaster not emptied for over 2-3 weeks and litter in the streets. New bin system started for recycling and bins not being emptied again.

1000's of bins over flowing in the streets causing rats and other vermin in the streets, litter blowing into gardens council not responding to anybodys requests and phone lines always busy.
