Rejected petition If people are paying for sky or cable then we should not have to pay for licence
why pay twice for the same thing you pay sky. Sky have to pay for them to use there signal for you to watch there tv but yet you still have to pay for a licence to watch

U need a tv listens Becouse BBC don't have adverts and for the satellite signal.. if u don't watch BBC why should u pay and if you have sky or cable then they have to pay for the signal so they get money twice for u watching telly it's wrong it needs to stop
