Petition Give all carers with SGO the same allowance regardless of income

Carers with SGOs keep children out of the care system. Some of us get an allowance, others don't.
We get deductions from these allowances, yet we do the same as foster carers who get larger allowances.
We have the additional issues of emotional attatchement to these children.

We care for children who have a lot of emotional issues, we keep them out of the care system because we have a heart and love these children as if they were our own. Yet we get penalised for this, some SGO carers get no help bringing these children up and giving them the life every child deserves.
The government should not make deductions to allowances and should make the allowance the same for every carer regardless of income.
