Essentially in Summer and Winter the temperature and weather drops and changes. There is no legal maximum or minimum working temperature - there should be one.

In the workplace in Summer an office can reach the temperature of up to 30c or minimum of 6c in Winter.

These temperatures are not suitable for any workplace.
