Rejected petition Clean up litter on Manchester’s streets and keep a regular litter pick routine.

There has been a known problem of litter in Manchester for a number of years, with some research, the problem seems to have become worse due to insufficient funding from the government. After a recent visit, I was shocked by the amount of litter built up in many areas, more so on the outskirts.

It’s not difficult to find information online about the litter and potential health problems relating to it. Evidence of the problem is very clear walking the streets of Manchester.
