Rejected petition Cut unnecessary government jobs and cap all MPs pay rises to 1%
For far to long the government has been capping public service pay rises and allowing councils to up council tax prices but all the MP’s have pay rises above 10% and have all of their expenses paid for including houses or flats and big pensions and early retirement with full pensions

And all MP’s additional benefits should be cut or scrapped as they get all housing paid for plus travel expenses
Payments for attending the House of Commons should be scrapped because why should they get paid extra for doing the job they are getting paid for in the first place
Know one has made then do the job they are In they chose to apply for the role they are in
The rest of the uk has felt the strain of the cut backs of the government but I say it’s time for the MP’s to feel the burden
