Rejected petition Reconsider the scheduling of the proposed culvert works in Ystrad Mynach.

In response to the proposed culvert works, local businesses have been petitioning for the council to move the works to the summer, when the schools are closed, reducing the impact of the works on the surrounding roads and school children.
